Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

 

We are actively recruiting Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who will add value to our team of mortgage professionals. Main Office Location:

Requirements:

  • NMLS license
  • Min 2 years industry experience
  • Close minimum of 2 loans per month
  • Experience originating Conventional / FHA / VA loans
  • Purchase, Realtor based network
  • PC literacy
  • Personality traits preferred:
    • Intellectual ability, interpersonal proficiency, effective time and organizational management
    • Self motivated, coordination, active listening, problem solving, customer service centric
    • Excellent sales and consulting skills and strong financial acumen
  • Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
